Vicki Brundage has been a resident of The Woodlands for 20 years and a realtor in the area since 2012. She is an active member of the community and enjoyed raising her children in such a welcoming, eventful environment. The Woodlands has walking trails, kayaking, parks, pools, festivals, excellent dining, amenities, and regular indoor/outdoor shows and concerts of all kinds. One of the reasons she enjoys real estate is because it allows her to share her extensive knowledge and love of the community with clients.
In 2012, Vicki started her journey toward real estate as an investor and co-owner of her husband’s real estate brokerage. Throughout the process, she mastered the ins and outs of the purchase/sale process, regulations, efficient marketing, and superior client service. As the business grew, she realized that in order to best help her clientele, more support was needed. In 2017, she joined Connect Realty in order to offer the best technology, live support, and marketing tools to each client. She utilizes the latest programs, applications, and features including 3-D virtual tours, Facebook ads, and marketing data to ensure her clients’ needs are not only met but exceeded.
Vicki is personable, believes in integrity, ethics, continued learning, and going the extra mile for her clients. She likes to keep an open communication with all parties throughout the entire sales process and places great importance on spending time to understand exactly what her clients are looking for. She has a passion for adding value to the lives of others through her work and is never too busy to help or answer questions for her clients.
When she is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family/friends, renovating houses, photography, and the beach. She is also heavily involved with the community via several volunteer efforts, a support group for caregivers, and Bible Study
